Your basic responsibility is to provide assistance to the Home Care centers staff in order to allow us perform our tasks qualitatively and in due time. Thus we shall help you overcome your loneliness and helplessness and will support your independence in your own home.

What documents have to be submitted to the Home Care Center?

In order to apply for Home Care services, a potential beneficiary or his/her relatives should submit the following documents:

1. An application form;

2. All medical documentation certifying the health status of the candidate /epicrisis, protocols from committees certifying disability, etc./;

3. Declaration for the income status, family and property status;

4. A document showing the amount of the pension received by the beneficiary.

If it is necessary, additional documents could be required.
