Where, when and how are Home Care services provided?

All manipulations are provided at the home of the beneficiary upon the prescription of the General practitioner or other medical specialists. The services are provided based on an assessment of the individual needs of each beneficiary and following the elaboration of a schedule, approved by the Home Care Center manager after a discussion with the beneficiaries and/or their relatives.

Each beneficiary or his/her relatives sign a contract with the Home Care Center regulating the rights and obligations of both parties.

Strict documentation is kept at the Home Care Center as well as at the home of the beneficiary reflecting the services provided as well as the changes in the health and social status of the beneficiary.

Home Care services are provided in accordance with the principles of respect of human dignity, support of autonomy and independence as well as ensuring the privacy of personal data.
